Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Include original packaging and tags

• The reason for the return

• Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or washed items

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

• Items returned after 14 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
